We are looking for research participants!

Do you play Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant? Are you interested in factors that influence your in-game performance and ways to improve it? Jamk University of Applied Sciences and University of Jyväskylä are seeking participants for a study comparing the effects of different types of physical warm-ups on in-game aiming performance.

The research examines how different warm-up types affect aiming performance in first-person shooter (FPS) games. By participating, you’ll engage in a brief physical warm-up and test your aiming performance in the facilities of GamePit Pro, located in the Jamk main campus. The non-invasive study includes six measurement sessions, each lasting about an hour, over a three-to-four-week period.

If you’re interested, join the study and the researcher to uncover the factors that affect performance in esports! Enrollments via the attached Webropol form.

Further information

By registering for the study through the Webropol form, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal information in accordance with data protection in Jamk. The data will be stored for the administration of the research project and will be deleted at the end of the research period.
